9 months here. Filed last November. Dealer called in August and said parts were in. We had them replaced a few days later. Everything looks brand new! Be sure to check in with the dealer every few weeks. It finally worked for me. Definitely worth the wait! Good luck!

I put in for the replacement when it first came out. It took roughly two months for the first leg. Then two other trips to finish off the job which was an additional 2 or 3 months. Whatever it is, it's well worth it. Wouldn't hurt to contact your service rep and check.

Ordered December 31, 2018. Nine parts in all. First parts came in six weeks ago. The dash was installed September 16th. One part to go, center box, took more than six months to get first parts. Might add they did a great job. Entire inside except sears is new

Request for ZLZ approval 11/26/2018.
Dashboard was replaced 3/30/2019.
Per SA (9/12) - part #2 ETA 9/25/19, part #3 ETA 10/3/19, and part #4 no ETA yet.
He doesn't know which parts are coming on those particular days.

I got approved from JM Lexus in south Florida in December but I live in nj for 6 months so I didn't press the issue because I won't be back until early November. Ill call when I get back in 6 weeks and try to put the pressure. My 08 seems to get worse every week and I keep it in the garage. Thanks for all the replies

Took about 5 months from the time I initiated the process (Feb 2019) - still waiting on my center console part to be replaced, but all other pieces were done in July and it looks fantastic. 2010 with black interior if it helps.

Could someone reference this Certified Program Enhancement to replace the sticky door and lower dash replacement? Do I just call the dealership and make an appointment so they can write up the parts that need to be replaced? Does this program include the 2009 LS460?

I was told by Lexus the Program extends the warranty 10 years from in service date of the car or 10 years from the model year, not sure which. This being the case, I suggest you get the car to a dealer IMMEDIATELY. If covered, they should take care of parts ordering, etc. This is how mine worked with parts ordering and work done by 2 different dealers. There was no questions asked of me. The service reps just took pics of the needed parts, VIN, and mileage and that was it. I was notified later when the parts came in and made an appointment for their installation. Everything replaced except the dash and they advised I had 2 years warranty left ('11 LS) on it if that were to go south.

First complained about this 2 years ago at dealer in Penbroke Pines, FL. Was told my vehicle wasn't on the recall.
Then I went back to the GA dealer I bought from and they said it was.
They put in a claim to request the parts.
Still waiting...

it's been three + months for me, still waiting...I was told 3 of the 9 parts came in one month ago, so 6 more to go. Dealer said when 50% of the parts arrive they will start to install
