Default How can I clean radiator?

I have a 2007 LS 600h and if I stay in a traffic jam and the outside temperature is high (about 30-32 celsius degree) my car's collant tempetraure is turning to red and I need to switch off the engine and wait for cool down it. The cooling fan is works properly.
I think that te radiator is clogged. How can I clean the radiator? Could anyone give me any tipps?

First confirm that you have no leak. Then look in the radiator and make sure leaves or debris is not clogging up the fins in front of the radiator. If that's good then feel the radiator hoses after you turn on the car to make sure the thermostat is opening and closing properly. You also need to make sure your coolant is at the proper level. There are so many things that can cause your issue so I would start with the easy stuff first.

Also follow the instructions in those videos on how to bleed air out of the cooling system. Having air in your radiator and engine could cause the issue you're experiencing.

Thank you for your answers!
The thermostat is works properly because this issue is comes only when the outside temperature is extreme high (above 32 celsius degree) and I have to stay in one place or I have to span in a huge traffic jam step by step. If the outside temperature is below this issue is not come.
So, I think that the radiator surface is dirty and I would like to clean it. I do not need to clean the radiator inside becuase the coolant color is absolutely normal and the coolant reservoir is prety nice and transparent.
I just need the radiator surface clean.

That's kind of unusual if the outside is dirty enough to cause that problem. Are you able to see that it's visibly clogged with dirt on the outside? To be able to do that, you have to get to it somehow, so the best way would be to either pull it out of the car or maybe removing the bumper will allow you to access it. However, unless it's extremely dirty and you confirmed that, I'd suspect a different problem. Like I mentioned before, try bleeding the air out of the cooling system. It's easy to do and YouTube videos do a good job demonstrating it. Air in your cooling system would cause symptoms like what you're describing.

Could you give me any instruction how can I bleed the cooling system on my LS 600h (2008), please? I tried to find on the Internet but I did not find exact prodeure for LS 600h and it seems the procedure is not equal for all cars.

There comes a time in a young man's life when his parents sit down with him to discuss his car's head gasket.

I think it is not funny. Not all car same. The procdure , the structure is all different.
Finally I found a procedure for the drain , refill, and bleed coolant.
https://workshop-manuals.com/lexus/l...ons/page_2286/
Example for the difference between ordinary cars:
"The engine of the LEXUS LS600h L / LS600h model automatically turns off if the car is stopped, the engine is warm, the battery is well charged, and the air conditioning compressor does not work. If continuous engine operation is required, switch to test mode." If you want to bleed the colling system you need continuous engine operation. You can switch the LS to test mode only if you have techastream (or similar software) and OBD cable.

Would you have done that too?
