Default Engine code - P0172, P0175 & P010F

P0172 System to Rich (Bank1)
P0175 System to Rich (Bank2)
P010F Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor

This is a 2007 LS460 my tech just cleared it and let it go, he wants to see if it comes up again. Engine light turned on as coming to a stop after the highway. As pressing on the gas pedal the transmission slipped 2-3 gear i believe which triggered the Engine light/VSA. I don't know how this can be related. After driving it 3 days now it hasn't come on. I figured to do a trans flush as I don't think it has been done after I purchased this car 2 weeks ago. I did do a tune up plugs, all air filter, engine oil, differential. Just accept that Transmission flush.
Should I wait till this code comes back again?

Yes you should wait for the codes to come back
