I'm going to be taking a look at a 2007 LS 460 L with 130K miles. It has the massage seats and recliners in the back seats.

I've attached a PDF of the service history that I found on the lexus website. How's it look? Any warning signs that I should be wary about when I test it out?

 

• Control Arms - don't see anything
• Valve Springs - SERVICE: ALE REPL COMP SPRINGS & LASH ADJUSTERS FOR GS460, LS600HL DESCRIPTION: ALE REPL COMP SPRINGS & LASH ADJUSTERS FOR GS460, LS600HL ~ ~ALE-SAFETY RECALL ALE - CERTAIN LEXUS GS 350, GS 450H, GS 460, IS 350, LS 460, LS 460 L, AND LS 600H L VEHICLES - VALVE SPRING ~ ~PER SSC ~ ~ALE REPL COMP SPRINGS & LASH ADJUSTERS FOR GS460, LS600HL
• Water Pump - this was done at 68K
• Brake Actuator - I don't see anything about "actuators" but there was a brake complaint at 78K DESCRIPTION: REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS, MACHINE FRONT ROTORS, CLEAN AND LUBE CALIPER SLIDE PINS. ~ ~REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS, MACHINE FRONT ROTORS, CLEAN AND LUBE CALIPER SLIDE PINS. ~ ~ ~ ~74787 200 CUSTOMER WAS TOLD AT 75K SERVICE BRAKE MEASUREMENTS WERE AT 8MM AND 6MM RESPECTIVELY. CUSTOMER RETURNED 3 DAYS LATER FOR A BRAKE VIBRATION. TECH FOUND FRONT BRAKES TO BE ON SENSOR AND RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT. IN ORDER TO SATISFY CUSTOMER, FRONT REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS, MACHINE FRONT ROTORS, CLEAN AND LUBE CALIPER SLIDE PINS.
• Air Suspension - don't see anything

 

Going forward, can a mechanic visually detect whether or not the actuator & control arms have been replaced?

Is there a solution to the wind noise?

 

In what year was the control arms fixed on the 460?
What about the brake actuator?

 

What problems do I have to look for on the 2010 2011 2012 LS460?
