What a coincidence! Yesterday I called Lexus Customer Satisfactions to complain about my glove compartment and center console for my 08 LS been on back ordered since January 2019 and was told that nothing they could do.
Guess what? This morning Lexus of Austin called and said the parts are here LOL

 

I've been waiting since March. Since then I have seen 2 people get theirs replaced in Austin within a few months. You are the 3rd (but not within 3 months lol)

Sounds like I should have drove up to Austin.

 

Spoke with a representative from Lexus corporate after an issue with Lexus care needed clarification. I was.told a large shipment was due in from Japan. Probably a golf d idea to check with your dealer for parts.

Mine is going on tomorrow for interior parts. Waiting since Jan

 

Got the Call today from Lexus of Tulsa and I am heading over to Tulsa Saturday. 2 Front Door panels, Glove Box and lower dash Panel.

Dealer advised panels were in. Unfortunately only the dash was available. Center console damaged during shipment.
No ETA for panels. Let the aggravation begin....again.

Got all the new interior parts installed today at Lexus of Tulsa. They look great. Thank You Lexus of Tulsa. With a ES 350 loaner we were able to make a Costco run and had a very nice day of it. I will have to reinstall the Lexus Logo mud puddle lights as they would not reinstall but other than that all went well.

I know lots of folks over there my SC 430 came out of there new back in 2006 and the lady who sold it new is still there with 24 years on the job. Doug was my service adviser on the interior replacement project. Great Guy

Are your front door panels the leather wrap arm rest or the vinyl ones? My L has the leather.
