Default 2011 Seat Adjustment

Hello all: Well, as many years as I've had my LS460 you'd think that I would know the answer to the question that I am about to ask. But..does anyone know if the driver seat operates the same as the passenger seat in terms of "downward travel adjustment?" Yesterday, for the first time in years, I traveled in the passenger seat for a 3 hour drive. To my surprise, the seat adjusted almost all the way down to the floor when I pressed the cushion down button. It made me very comfortable, as I am a little tall. However, the driver seat does not seem to travel this far down. Hmm? Is my seat broken? Or, is this just how the car was made? I can't believe that I am just noticing this after all of these years. If my driver seat will (or is supposed to) have more downward travel, I'll be super excited. As it will mean my head will no longer rub the headliner from time to time. Thank you for any help! I can't seem to find the answer in the owners manual.

You need to do the driver's seat calibration. It's easy. 3 minutes tops.

Thanks for the advice. I found the information on how to do it. It can't hurt to see if this may work.
