Default Replacing Passenger Air Vent

Hi All, I've sourced a second hand passenger air vent for my 2007 LS460. Before I go and attempt to remove my cracked vent, just wanted to confirm process to remove.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, replaced air vent this afternoon, couldn't believe how simple it was.

Now to replace my front kick/sill door panels.

I need to replace on of the center silver ones. Did you find a used one or bought it new?

I haven't sourced one yet, as most that I've seen on Ebay are as scratched and dinted (silver) as mine. Still trying to source one, will go to the dealer next week and price a new one.
