Default Considering buying 2007-2012 ls460 AWD

Hi All, I am considering buying 2007-2009 ls460, or perhaps 2010-2012 ls460.
1. I am concerned that if car has AWD (particularly 2007-2009), it can be expensive to fix, due to adjustable height.
Am I correct? Should I be concerned?
2. Also, for 2010-2012 models, my question is the same as #1 above.
Many thanks for your experiences & your responses.
(ps-presently own 2005 ls430 with 150k miles) - Paulanth.

You can get an AWD LS without air starting in 2011. If you're overly concerned with it then you should look for a non-air car, though they may be harder to locate. Are you looking for SWB or LWB?
I would encourage you to search this forum about air suspension becuause you'll find hours worth of reading about it.

My 2011 AWD has been trouble free for last 80k miles, i bought with 50k on the odo. Zero issues- suspension is solid, no funny noises or anything. i had suspension checked by Lexus. I had the sunroof seal replaced by lexus but thats a common problem with the LS460. Plus when it snows or rain i have no issues of taking her out.
