Default Canadian Lexus Drivers

I am in Alberta Canada and Amsoil is not readily available without paying huge shipping fees. Any Canadian Lexus owners with advice on best alternative oil and best weight or use 0W-20 as recommended? I use Mobile 1 in my Vette. Also, anyone using waterless coolant, what is your opinion? Thanks

Can't really say. I've had my new-to-me '14 ES350 for about 3 weeks now and it's a 220km drive one way to the nearest Lexus dealer so I guess I'll be going to my local (7km) Toyota dealer for oil changes and code reading (hey, it's mostly a rebadged Avalon after all). I'm retired and generally only drive about 10,000 km/year so I'll maintain my old Camry schedule: every 6 months with seasonal tire change. If it gets too costly I'll then consider one of the oil change places (you know who they are). If you are on warrantee then it might pay to stay with the dealer but mine is now just off warrantee so if I end up at an independent I'll just go with whatever good synthetic they carry that meets the Lexus spec. If it matters, I ran a 2003 Camry 2.5l for 280,000 km using "whatever" 5W30 and it's still "tight as a drum" (never needed top up regardless of how hard I drove it). My daughter is being gifted that car this weekend and my conscious is clear.

0w20 Toyota synthetic is what I’m using. The winters aren’t even as bad here in Ukraine but if you are getting temperatures under 0c it’s just better to pick the thinner oil and stick with it.
