Default VSC light on, can't start

Hi guys,
The other day, VSC light came on and I couldn't start the engine until several tries. Thought it was the fuel tank cap, it was the first thing I changed. Same problem comes and goes. Battery is new.
Yesterday, I tried for half an hour, it didn't start, so I opened the hood and found some crack plugs. after touching 2 MAF cracked plugs, I tried to start the engine again, it works.
Is there any possibility that it caused from the bad MAF contact with the plug? Is there any where I can find the replacement part? Thanks.

Code P1343 implies that camshaft position (CMP) sensor circuit A has high input (circuit malfunction). However, the cause may most likely be a dying starter. When the starter can't turn fast enough to start the engine, often a P1343 trouble code is triggered. I had this code when my starter was dying. I replaced the starter and cleared the code. Everything was fine after that. There was no need to replace the camshaft position sensor in my case.

Thanks yyymmm31. How many camshaft sensor for this 1UR? I will check wire, then try to swap 1 new sensor around before going to starter, which is more pricey.

There are two camshaft position sensors. See the diagram posted by RoadFrog/Chris here (Post 5): https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...and-p1365.html
