Default VSC, check engine and traction control light went off

So I recently replaced my spark plugs at 112k miles. When I was driving home the vsc, check engine and traction control light came on, I popped the hood and seen 1 of the hoses was disconnected. Went to autozone and ran for codes and came up with a P0174, P0171, P1170, all Mas air flow issues...question is could this have been caused by the lose hose and me driving without knowing, and can I reset the codes or should I dive out the 100k miles and let it fix it's self. (Side note no cracks in manifold or leaks, never had a issue with codes in till I replaced spark plugs)

Try cleaning the MAF sensor. It's located just before the throttle body.

This certainly can be a result of the hose being off, make sure the hose is on and clear your codes. Once your codes are cleared drive it for a little while and see if the check engine light comes back.

Just a note. VSC and Traction Control lights will almost always come on when there is an issue with the engine like a bad coil, loose vacuum hose, bad sensor (MAF). The reason the VSC and Traction Control come on is because the Engine Computer goes into a sort of safety mode and turns off those systems immediately.

The other codes related to the MAF are probably a result of the hose being off.

I would definitely have cleared the codes after fixing the disconnected hose. If the hose problem was letting unmetered air into the engine - as it would if it was between the MAF sensor and intake, it makes sense that the computer would log lean codes as soon as the engine was warm enough to go closed-loop.
