Unfortunately, my 13 was caught out in a recent ice storm. I allowed the windshield to thoroughly defrost and then I carefully removed the ice. When I went to run the wipers they climbed up and became stuck in that position. I open the hood and saw a bunch of ice around the base of them and removed that however they simply will not move. Is there any reset procedure for them?

Update: After letting the car sit for a while the problem seems to have resolved itself!
