Default Rust on lug nuts

Any ideas on taking off and preventing newly formed rust on lug nuts.

I'd just replace them with a new set of lug nuts if it bothers you...

That rust might just be from the impact wrench socket that put the nuts on the car and it may just polish right off. If the nuts themselves have been marred and are rusting. You can try naval jelly but it will likely return. If its that bad, replacement is probably your best bet.

Default Missing drivers side lower grill piece

I used some wax and cleaned up the rust, look fine. But when washing the car I noticed that the drivers side lower grill is missing the ribbed face which is on the other side. Is this something anyone else has discovered ? It confuses me and I would like both sides to look the same. It low so not easy to notice, may have been missing since new...is this an easy piece to find and install myself ?
Any advice would be appreciated...
Thanks, John.
2021 rx350 - 7000 miles and it has never hit anything nor is there any damage anywhere...
The missing piece is a flat ribbed plastic facial tucked in at the bottom of the grill.
