That's awesome for those of u who gotten the claim accepted.. I tried in December when I first received my letter and the SA told me my car didn't qualify as it wasn't really sticky or cracked enough ..I told her dumb ***, it's December!!!! So I'm going back in the summer and if not accepted I'm going to make a stink about it this time ..on my 2007 the interior is horrible .. especially in the summer months

I am in the process of complaining about my recent Reconditioning Installment. I just picked it up from the dealership today. Took multiple pictures of the damaged areas, door panels, upper and lower dashboard panels, center console. They didn't even replace the parts that were affected the most. My arm lays on a sticky and cracked armrest every time I drive the car. If anyone is not given the proper repair and reconditioning they are entitled to, please contact Ferrara Law Group out of Miami, FL. They will be my next phone call.

Had cable issues. No internet on and off for days. Got to type fast. Got my car back. A million percent difference. There are still three parts backordered, but they couldn't tell me what they are. There were two small issues and I had to go back a 3rd time. One, I couldn't open the glove box. Two, they left one of the black springy things off of one of my cup holders. I left the car for the afternoon and now it's fine. Of course I've only been in it once since I got it back, so I haven't really inspected it closely. All in all, Lexus did the right thing.

I took the LS over to Lexus of Tulsa today and they took pictures and found some sticky spots. So we will see.

I have not recieved the letter yet but I have black interior panels that have become sticky and discolored(white) over time especially over the summer. How do I find out if I'm covered?

Has anyone with a LS600hL had their panels covered by this? I had my service adviser look into replacing the driver’s side of the console box where the glue has released. He took pictures and thought it would just be a matter of ordering the part, but later contacted me and said that after running the VIN it would not be covered. I suppose that might explain why I did not receive the letter.
