Default differences in engines

Welcome to all Lexus owners.,
My name is Paul, and I write to you from Poland. I hope it will be able to help me.
Some time ago the motor in my LS460 AWD was damaged (USF 45/46 19000-38420). I need to change pistons, connecting rods and crankshaft.
The engine for the awd version has a lot of differences. My question: are the pistons, connecting rods, and crankshaft the same as in the rwd version?
At the moment, there is no engine for sale in Poland or in Europe for the awd version. Maybe someone has practical knowledge about this subject?
Please forgive me that my first fasting starts with a request to you, but I need help.
Best, Paul

What's different? I was under the assumption that the motor itself was exactly the same, and that the transmission bolted to it and ECU/Tune were different.

Collectors, oil sump, accessories system are different. It seems to me that there are additional equipment is also different. The catalogue states that the piston numbers are different. I would like to confirm it with someone who disassembled such engines. The power in awd is less.

The power in AWD is less because of the design of the exhaust manifold. The basic engine should be exactly the same.
