My 2008 spoiled me since the day I got it nearly 2 years ago. It has been well behaved and I have enjoyed every mile of driving it. Comfort plus package with rear recline seats are great for my family. Mark Levinson is excellent. DVD bypass mod is cool for long trips. The normal wear and tear items repaired by me mostly is no more expensive than a Toyota Camry.

However, I have had a wandering eye for a 2013+ If I do "stray" I'd get this rare Blue and Saddle combo. It must be RWD and have Mark Levinson. I don't want airshock so I don't believe you can get rear recline seats without it. My 2008 will do until I get a respectable private sale offer or VERY respectable trade for it.

That's the flaxen interior. I was looking for a black/flaxen GS 350 before I switched to looking at the LS.

I checked Manheim and there isn't a single 2013+ LS460 RWD for sale in that color combo at auction anywhere in the USA right now. The one you pictured from Florida appears to be the only one in the country for sale in Blue/Flaxen and it doesn't have the rear seat upgrade. Even checking for AWD cars doesn't help. That's going to be a very difficult one to find. Good luck!

Yeah I know. That one is on CarMax. It does not have Mark Levinson either. My next interior color choice would be black. It is a rare combo. It forces me to hold on to my 2008 which "spoils" me already but I know I would be happy with a 2013+ much longer since it is more modern compared to my 2008. Sometime I wish automobiles wasn't such a big hobby of mine.

I have the Flaxen interior in my Liquid Platinum 2013 and I'm pretty sure it's a very oddball combo as well. I haven't seen any others equipped that way. It's a SWB with the Ultra-Luxury package and apparently, those are very rare birds. Lexus should have gone U/L on more of their cars, especially the L models. Why they skimp on options on their flagships is beyond me.

You guys talking about that interior makes me want to start the hunt again. But I'm very happy with my LS. The exterior color has really grown on me. The interior color, while not bad, is not my preference. I'd prefer the flaxen. So … stop making me anxious!

In my case, I'll roll my 2010 on out, until the price of the LC's becomes more palatable for me. They're like $70k minimum right now. I would prefer $30k.

I also think my Exhaust Vents would work on their exhaust, but have no LC to play with to confirm … (nuts!).

I agree with the prior post, for being the flagship, there should only be a few luxury items that remain an option.
On another note, there’s no better interior than the black/saddle brown ☺️

I LOVE the matte-finished wood! Wish I could have found a nice LS600hL in that color scheme! It's definitely my favorite!

Another +1 on the matte wood finish.

Every time I ride (or drive) in the wife's 460 I often feel "not worthy" of such a nice ride... I believe that the 430 is in the same range and now that it is my daily I appreciate it more and more (while quietly awaiting the 460 from the wife as her "hand me down").

We are truly a lucky bunch of LS owners/drivers.....

Couldn’t agree more. So darn classy. Still contemporary styling.

It really is a special car, it does really spoil you on all other cars...

The car spoils me on other cars — it’s my first luxury-class vehicle — but I deserve to be spoiled. That’s why I bought it.
