Talking Feels good to be back

Hi all. after 2 years, im back in an LS. feels good to be back.I originally bought a 2011 LS in 2015 with 125k miles. It was owned by SDG&E and had ALL of its scheduled maintenance done, To the T. I had it for 4 months before it was totaled ( hit from behind). i bought a 2013 GS350 F sport a month later. I LOVED that car too, but sold it a year later and got a 2010 Tundra. The Tundra was great, and i loved it too but something was missing. ended up selling it a year later and finally purchased another LS. 2010 with 99k miles.

Welcome back ! Funny I tried going the Tundra 5.7 V8 route several times after selling past Lexus vehicles. I thought it would be the responsible route owning a truck which would be more useful to me year round for household stuff. I ended up right back to a Lexus (now LS460). I realized I could always buy a beater truck like a Ford F150 or Ranger hauling stuff etc

Thanks

yeah, i made the same realization and sold the Tundra. Ill probably buy a 70s Chevy again for house hold purposes. The mattress in the background is proof i need a truck to haul **** around.

funny how that works isnt it. ive gone to lots of other cars over the years, but always end up somehow, back in an LS. they will spoil you rotten and all other cars will feel substandard...

Nice find! Glad you made it back! What options does she have?

Also, I'm with you. I want to pick up a 2nd gen C10 for "Family Purposes". (Will probably end up with s LS6 and air suspension)

Im hoping to do the same. Although i might go with a C20. here in Cali, C10's are getting crazy expensive.i tried looking for a C10 5 years ago, but they were all over 5k in bad condition. ended up getting a 71 F250 with a 7 Liter engine. the guy i bought it from used to race it.$2k cash...

as far as options, it has cold weather package and the soft close door package. that's it. I wasn't looking for an LS with too many options TBH. if they had them great. But i paid $14k for this one, a few hundred buck above trade in value according to KBB.
