25k miles in nearly 10 years? Paired with 20" Aftermarket wheels would've had me taking a very hard look into things. Sounds like you got an unusually bad Lexus and perhaps some vehicle history was undisclosed. Items wear out with time, not just miles though low miles are a main selling point.
