I'd say since I'm in Dubai, this just depends on how much you want to spend to fix this issue.
Any good detailer can get rid of this very easily. I can recommend 3-5 if you need, just pm
IF you want to DIY - you could use touch up paint after a good claybar/wet compound and wash but I'd stick with a detailer.
Also do use the original paint code.
