I can’t tell what the stain is or how deep it is into the paint from the pix you posted so I would check into having a detail shop check it out and see what they say. There is plenty of helpful info in the detailing section here on the CL.
If you want to do the detailing yourself check out some of the detailing websites like www.adamspolishes.com www.autogeek.net or www.chemicalguys.com for products and "how to" videos.

I’m hesitant, because i went to a service station to show them this mark, they said that we can try but no guarantee, mind you we don’t have great products in Dubai for cars like U.S have. So thought I check if any one you ever had this same experience.

Experiment on a SMALL AREA with: Iron Remover, Adhesive remover, All Purpose Cleaner or Detailing Clay and ALWAYS USE a micro fiber towel.
BTW! I ALWAYS use a iron remover as part of my "de-contamination process" when I detail paint it really works!...... Go the links I supplied and check out CLEANERS and IRON REMOVERS along with the "how to videos"

Maybe a dog thought the LS was a fire hydrant. Those stains should come out, don't know what they are, chemical that was burned into the paint, glue residue, etc. I would try a claybar first but you will likely have to polish or compound it with a polisher to get them out.
thanks, a lot of you have mentioned about clay bar, I guess I’ll give it a try.
I had a 3rd Gen RX-7. It had an OMP (oil metering pump) and would purposely add oil to the intake to keep the apex seals lubed. The oil would get (mostly) burnt and proceed to stick to and decorate the rear bumper. It was very subtle, but was there. It would mostly go unnoticed unless I washed it and didn't get it all.
This is what I would do. I would spray car wash soap on my bumper, and let it sit. After a while I would come back and see the yellow oozing down the bumper. Then I learned to spray the bumper then take my wash mit and spread it over the yellow areas, and let it sit. I'd come back and lots of yellow ooze. Then use the wash mit on it again and it would all come off fairly easy.
I mention this because of 2 possible things. 1. Maybe your engine is burning some oil, and then depositing oil on your rear bumper. Or, 2. perhaps you have a very light oil leak and while at speed the oil is "atomizing" as it is leaking under the car and blowing back and depositing on your bumper. I say this because your yellow look, looks very similar to my RX-7's bumper would look after some time.
Spray it with some car wash soap, give it 5 minutes and see if the yellow oozes down with the soap. Then you'll know if it's oil.
