Default Windshield Washers

The driver side washer spray on my '11 LS460 is way too low on my w/s to do any good. Is there an adjustment on these? I did try to clean the nozzle with no results. It does not seem to be a pressure problem. The nozzle itself appears to be in a fixed position on the under side of the hood.

Try blowing some compressed air through the nozzle hose....... Most of the time cleaning the nozzle tip with a pin will work too.

Yeah that is what a shop will do, try it yourself first. Sometime a staple will clear some sediment out of the way and it will spray normal from then on.

I ended up ordering a new nozzle. Compressed air didn't help. Actually the Lexus shop manual says to replace them if the spray is erratic. $20 shipped Amazon.

This is the first time I've used my hard cover manuals that I got when from the dealer when I purchased my 2 year old '11 LS460 back in 2013. There are 7 books included and they stand 15 inches high. Retail for these was about $1700 at the time that the dealer got for me for around $500. They're quite good from a procedure standpoint. Lots of pics.

Turns out the problem was the valve to which the 3 hoses attach, the supply and then 1 for each nozzle. This part with the hoses is attached to the underside of the hood under the insulation piece. This I removed for easier access. This apparently is a part that not uncommonly goes bad. Here it is:
