I own a 2013 lexus ls460. I can get my contacts and phone history transferrred. I have an IPhone 10. I cannot receive my text messages. The message icon is active but when someone sends me a text I cannot receive it. Would appreciate any help to correct this.

Make sure show notifications is turned on under the Bluetooth connection for your car.
