Have you thought about going to a local news station consumer affairs reporter? They would eat something like this up and the dealer would probably pay just to not have the bad publicity.

Hello, I filed the suit. They countered a settlement amount.

I have 24hrs to accept.

Any lawyers got some advice cause I want alil bit more than they offered but Im not feeling quite confident.

EDIT: My transmission is fine BTW. I would still say this vehicle is extremely reliable and would suggest people to buy one if there are in the market.

You need to go in more detail. The fix cost you $1600 correct, you also had to pay $300 in rental cars plus the cost of the flush which I would say was around $130.

What did they offer you? Why are they giving you some silly 24hr timeline(did you question or complain about that?) to accept it or not, what is the rush? Who is offering it to you, the dealership or the flush company. If they are offering around the $1600 for the fix I would probably take it, it is much better then nothing or a few hundred dollars. I still don't understand why they are rushing you so much for a decision, that is really shady.

When you say your transmission is fine, you mean after the repair?

The dealership is offering me 1k after they received the suit.
I think they are just trying to get me out their hair because they didn't think I would sue and the suit will cost them win or lose.

The trans is fine after the repair.

I would see if you can get another $300 or $400 out of it. Are you having to pay any legal fees too?

Counter with 3k (inconvenience, filing costs etc) and hold out for 2k. You're in the driver's seat.
