Ok my front and rear bumpers were not painted properly when scraped by the previous owner so the colour is off etc.. I found a company parting out a LS but it has the updated bumper with the headlights washers on the bumper. do i have to swap out the hood too? I am pretty sure I have to swap out the headlights grille and bumper.. are there a lot of internals that need to be swapped over too? What about the back end? if I want to swap out the lights do I have to swap out the bumper too?

You would need a lot on money The mod is not worth it imo. Not a big difference at all to upgrade and some feel the 2007-2009 looks better. That is what is why I'm skipping over 2010-2012 and going for a 2013.

I would just do the 2010 signal mirrors and call it a day. You can also do the 2010 18inch wheels to refresh the look a bit.

im not modding it because I want the look lol i am considering it because they are parting out a car which might be in my colour and it might be easier to do it if i can trade in my parts rather than getting my front and back bumpers repainted.

You shouldn't need the hood. You will need the bumper, grilles, foglights, headlights, the mechanisms for the headlamp washers.
