Am I missing something from my 2013 trunk?

Am I missing something from my 2013 trunk?
I think I have pinpointed a noise that I hear when I go over bumps at low speed. The trim piece under the rear parcel shelf - so go deep in the trunk and look up- near the little pass through door. Can someone tell me if they have something where the two square holes are. I can look right through the holes and see medal. When I push on this area sounds like the noise I have been hearing when I go over bump so maybe I am missing clips or something.

Yeah sorry. I did go check that out and took pictures. But it was raining and dark. And my car is different too. Mine has no holes or covers in that area. The pics are dark and show nothing anyway. My rear seat has the cool box and rear air. I think that's what makes it different. So I'm no help.

Thank you Tofuprod and Oliver Enterprises. Very much appreciated. I did see that larger trim piece with the two square holes in it on eBay. That piece was also missing the covers. If anyone out there has a 13+ with the pass through and wouldnt mind snapping a picture of these covers I would be grateful so I know what I’m looking for. The car is still under the CPO warranty so maybe I can get this replaced under warranty. It’s not broken though, just missing so not really shore about that.

Bigsherv- do you mind posting a picture of the covers? - we have two 2013s and one 2017 reported here without covers which seems odd. Would be good to see what I’m missing, paticularly if my Dealer needs proof of existence.
