HID Bulbs: 2 or 4 ?
My 2015 LS 460L has 4 projector beam lenses ... 2 on each side.
The outside ones work as high & low beams but the inside 2 never come on and the dealer says there are no bulbs present.
Is there something missing ?

No, thats the way its supposed to be. The inside lenses are just for show

No problem!
My guess is that would be really hard given the shape of the lamp assembly, and of little point since the HIDs provide all the light output you need.

At one point I was thinking of doing the 'demon eye' mod on my LS for fun on the inner faux projectors, but I decided against it. I just threw some Osram CBIs in there and called it a day.
