Default Raised White Letters...

Yesterday I saw a silver or white Audi A6 or A8, or some such Audi (it was about 75 yards away, and I don't know or care much about those cars, except that they are attractive in the styling department (only) to me). It had some custom wheels. From the distance I would guess the wheels to be 21's or 22's. The wheels were white. The styling on the wheels looked sort of like old school BBS wheels (just to paint a picture for you), and looked quite good on that car.

But what really set it off was, it had raised white letter tires. And for some reason, it looked darn good on that car. It got me wondering how it would look on an LS? Then I thought, well I'm not buying new tires any time soon though. Which led me to, what if I developed some stickers to put on the tires to make it look like raised white letters? I did a search this morning and www.tirestickers.com was found. CURSES! FOILED AGAIN!

But I don't know ... am I stupid or what? Who else thinks this might look pretty cool on our LS vehicles? I could get stickers that said "OLIVER ENTERPRISES" around the tires. That would be KKKOOOOOL. No? Or maybe, "DANG THIS CAR IS SMOOOOOOOTH." OK, Ok, ok, I wouldn't put that, just being silly. But what do you folks think?

No. The raised white letters are what high-school kids who can't afford money mods are doing. Even guys on Honda forums are making fun of the kids doing this.

The car has to be heavily modified before you can consider that look, id say the letters would be the very last mod after everything else is done

Also you have to have a really good set of tires , I usually run chinese tires so how cool would I look wearing letters like KINFOREST or WINRUN lol

Nooooo, those are so cheesie. But I was thinking about putting the 3 hood "vents" on each side of the car, you know in the area above and slightly to the rear of the front tires, on the fenders. Now that's classy! Plus, all their additional ventilation will keep my under hood temps in check.

THIS.

RWB played it out too - but even then they didn't use vinyl, he sprayed that stuff on with a stencil.
