intermintent low beam headlight problem

intermintent low beam headlight problem
My driver side low beam head light will not come on sometimes when I flip the head light switch on or when its on auto ( 90% of the time it works). However it will turn on when I flip the head light switch on and off a few times. I have already changed both HID bulb and the driver side ballast and igniter. I am thinking I need to check the relay or the actual switch next. Anyone with the same issue?
I had the same issue with my headlights. Replaced the ballast and bulbs and changed all the fuses for the headlights and nothing worked. Took it to Lexus and they had to replace the junction box that held all the fuses. I honestly would have just replace it myself but there’s two front junction boxes and I didn’t want to bother with buying the wrong one so I forked over the $400+ bill. I also tried not to fix the problem and just keep toogling the lights on and off but eventually the low beams didn’t turn on at all.

crap.... was it just one side like mines or both headlights didnt turn on?? thanks for the response though.
it started with my drivers side low beam, then eventually both of them started doing it. Sometimes they would kick back on and flicker and thenturn off again. When I took it to Lexus the tech I talked to seemed to know what the problem because he’s replaced a few junction boxes on LS460s with the same problem.
