Yes 60k miles. However, Iridium plugs are known to last MUCH longer than that. I wouldn't be in a hurry to replace them.
As for brand - the ONLY brand you should consider is the Denso plugs. There are many many reports of issues using other brands (NGK, Bosch etc). You can get the Densos on Ebay for a good price - about 60-100 bucks for eight

I saw some of those low, low prices on eBay and can't help but think that at least some of those plugs are counterfeits. Has anyone encountered this experience?

Last year when I searched for spark plugs, I came across a few sellers on eBay who priced Denso FK20HBR11 spark plugs for less than $5 each. At first I was excited, thinking that I found some great deals. I then Googled Toyota spark plugs and found quite a few discussion threads about fake Denso and Toyota fake spark plugs on Toyota truck forums. Some of the discussion threads offered ways to recognize fake Denso and Toyota spark plugs. However, I couldn't tell the difference from the photos between genuine and fake Denso spark plugs. In an effort to avoid purchasing fake Denso spark plugs, I ended up purchasing Toyota 90919-01249 spark plugs from my local Toyota dealer for the peace of mind. I think I paid $12.99/each. Although the package was labeled Toyota spark plugs (the typical red and white Toyota package), inside the package, it was Denso FK20HBR11 spark plugs. Each Toyota spark plug was individually packed.

I suppose counterfeits are possible. The easiest way to tell the fake one is the iridium tip. Real Iridium has a dark grey (gunmetal) color, as opposed to a gold color. I would also use a seller that has high volume sales with a close to 100% satisfaction rating and an established rep on Ebay. If they also advertise "Genuine Denso OEM", that helps.

The plugs have a 120k miles life. However, Lexus wants them to be replaced at 60k because of emissions warranty. My Lexus dealer quoted me 600 plus. I got these replaced at local Toyota dealer for around $210. The only reason I replaced them was my LS had 6 years of warranty left and I did not want them to give me any excuse on any future issues.

That is why I had mine changed at 60K. I got the 8 Denso plugs for $78.56 from Rock Auto and had a former Lexus tech at Lexus of Tulsa who now has his own Mobile Auto Tech Service here in NWA do the install. He charged me $150. He was only going to charge me $125 when he found out I was a retired USA Master Sergeant. He quoted me a $150 and I thought he could use the extra $25 more than I needed it. No difference in performance at all and the old plugs looked almost new. I still have them
