Looks great, Steve! I love the look of the 7 split-spoke wheels. The 5 split-spokes look even better but don't come in 19s. I believe these have the hollow wheel design that is supposed to reduce noise/vibration.
Now you can start planning the mods like Lloyd Luxe mats, window tints etc . All interior lights (including glove box and trunk) are LEDs in the 2017s, correct?
Pretty good December to Remember, eh?

Sounds like a good decision.
Does this mean you have to change your name to SW17LSL?

Congratulations! I’m glad you’re trading up to some great options and that the transaction is a good financial deal for you. I wonder if the imminent release of the 2018 model is incentivizing dealers to be more flexible on purchases and leases of the 2017 MY.

Oh yes, the deals are out there. Really better if you buy, the residuals are very poor, but I have to lease for business. My deal was ~ $20k off.

Interesting that the residuals on the 2017 LS "are very poor." The residual on my G90 on a 36-month, 35K mile lease was 44%, which is pretty terrible. Was your LS residual this bad?
I do know that leftover 2017 Genesis G90s with the 3.3L TT can be had for ~$19-20K off sticker on a lease deal. When you do the math, that equates to around a $560 lease pmt on a 36 month/36K lease with zero down, which to me is an amazing bargain for this car. I'm guessing your lease came in closer to $1000-1100, depending on how Lexus treated you on your early turn-in for the 2015 lease.
I think you'll be happy with the extra amenities on your LS, and everyone will be glad to have your continued input on this forum.

Good decision Steve and I hope you enjoy your new car. I'm the owner of a 2012 IS250 and have been watching your posts for quite awhile. I love my car but at 100K miles I'm going to replace it in 2018. You and the other LS460 owners have taught me everything I need to know in deciding what to buy. A new one is over my budget but I'm very interested in a 2013 CPO LS. Like you all say get what you want so it would have to be a 2013 because it's the last year Lexus produced the car in Deep Sea Mica which is the color of my IS250. Not a very common color. The only other choice I am considering is a 2018 ES350 but I've always wanted an LS. BTW I have a neighbor that has a Genesis G90 and he loves it. Not for me me though. I'll always have a Lexus. Looking forward to your review of it.

Thanks guys! Car will be here Monday, a little frustrated with how long it’s taken to get it, especially since I’ve already essentially bought it and made the first payment but it is what it is.
