Default Just got the deer slayer back...

My first post so bear with me..
Just got the '08 LS460L back from the body shop last night. I know we all love pics so here we go...
My LS in August:

Purchased in the spring of '16 for 20K. great car with milage of 94K.
My LS in late September of this year:
Lexus 2.jpg
Repaired for $7700
My LS, 255 miles later, early November, just last month:
Autobody Dave didn't think he could "buff" this one out...

Repaired for $9500
NW Wisconsin during deer hunting isn't a happy place for the Luxury liner.
They couldn't hit the daily runner, the '04 Concorde.
Happy to have it back! They are wonderful to drive.

I had a close call in Montana last year with 2 big boys. Missed me by a few feet. Glad yours is fixed.

Well at least you weren't hurt. Sometimes those deer go right through the windshield.

That sucks. At least you have your car back.

The deer are really bad around here too. I've never come close to hitting one in my car, but I've had a few close encounters on my bicycle. You can see my shadow in this pic, with the deer just in front of us. We were cruising at 22mph.

If there's wasn't a deer crossing sign nearby, those deer are in violation! :-)

I currently have the Taxidermist stuffing and mounting the grill so that I can hang it on the garage wall...
