A weird sound

Hello everybody,

I hear a weird sound from the radio section and I don't know exactly what is going on. I have a 2013 LS460 with Mark Levinson system.

Some radio unit has small cooling fan in side, not sure ML has it or not

It seems like some unites are shaking inside the radio
I videotaped it but I could not upload it here.

PS: my '13 LS does not have the Mark Levinson sound system.
