Default VSC light is on...Help!

Hey guys,
I notice today that my VSC (vehicle stability control) light is on along with the check engine light. This came up before and I am not sure what was the reason. Does anyone know the fix to resolve or clear this light. The car is fine visual and sound wise.
Thanks

Why don't you go to Autozone and pull your codes? Did you get gas recently?

Yes, get the codes. Does your cruise control work? Is the car in limp mode? Meaning it won't go past 5th gear?

No the car is not in limp mode and the cruise control does work. It works as normal just the VSC light is on.
OK... Thank you for the response. I did not pull the codes as of yet. I will surely go to AutoZone to get a report. I did get just gas from Costco. But I have also purchase gas from them a few times prior with no problems. Hmm. Maybe there is something there.

VSC light always comes on if the CEL is on.
So there is something else wrong with your car not the VSC system. My 2 cents.

It's very likely that it's a bad oxygen sensor. That happened to me a few times and my code reader revealed a bad sensor (the code will tell you which one). It's a relatively easy removal and replacement depending on which one. Good luck.
