Treat your door seals with Shin Etsu grease. Really...go do it now

No, just did the seals.
Don't forget the little seals in front of the front doors, and the seals in front of the back doors.

EDIT: Nevermind, just finished applying it to the wife's 2006 ES with a gloved hand. Went around the door as well as the rubber it contacts with on the body. Really quick, probably was in the sweltering garage for no more than 15 minutes. Can't wait to apply it to the LS. The real test will be if the wife mentions on her own that her car seems quieter, as I did not tell her Shin-Etsued her car. Surprisingly, her 11-year-old rubber seals were still supple and pliable before I started. Didn't do the sunroof yet as I was already drenched from sweat in the short time I was in the garage. We have a little bit of a heatwave in central California with the next few days forecasted to be 109 degrees.

I found this stuff about two years ago...I had a 98 NSX targa..and depending on the weather had minor squeaks. Applied grease...and presto....squeaks were gone.
This is an excellent preservative for rubber!

Doesn't seem to be a big deal to wait for it to soak in
