Default 2010 ls460 Sport model brake recommendation

Hello,

I'm looking to replace my front brake pads for my 2010 ls460 sport model. I tried looking at the Akebonos but they do not make any for the sports model. Anyone have an recommendations on what they've been using?

Thanks in advance!

My indy installed TRW ceramics on my 2013 F Sport a few months ago. So far, I'm happy with them. A bit less dusting and rarely any squeal.

What are your brake pad goals - as for dusting and performance?

My model is a year 2010 sport, not a Fsport model. Would they use the same brakes? My goal is quite basic, not really performance driven, just smooth and little dusting.

As I understand, the 2010 Sport has Brembo brakes. They may not be exactly the same pad as in the 2013 F Sport.

Same Brembo brakes found 2010-2017 Sport/FSport models. Same pads and rotor as GSF/RCF front brakes.

Are the Calipers the same as the RCF/GSF as well? So they should bolt right up to any 4th Gen LS?

LS460’s had GSF RCF Brembos before those models were released. Slightly larger than the ISF pad. Some has swapped those calipers in here at some point.
