Default REAR Camber issue...

I have a camber issue with the right rear (passenger) and am going to be replacing some upper arms...thinking that should solve it. The question I have is: will that affect the suspension travel? I ask because it seems like the right rear, or rear overall just doesn't seem to compress like it did before.

I just replaced the struts all around with brand new OEM stuff, insulators and all.
