Any tips on fixing these 2 issues?
1) Is there any steering wheel cover that only covers the faded plastic part and not the wood grain? or any other way to fix that faded look on the sides of the steering wheel?
2) the outside plastic trim is peeling off near the front window, how do i get that fixed?
Thanks guys!

Plastic wrapping of the trip cannot be fixed, I was told. Needs to be replaced... and they are expensive!!! around 400$ each side, plus you need to consider replacing the several clips holding it, as they may break...
Regarding the 2 peeling trim on on either side of the LS460,
A local body shop got them re-painted, and now it looks as good as new.
probably anyone that can paint a bumper can re-paint these two plastic trims.

I've always thought the trim looked pretty good in chrome. Has anyone ever peeled the trim completely and reinstalled it? It is almost like Lexus originally designed the trim to be chrome, then decided to make it body-color at the last minute before production.
