Sister gave me a dell mini laptop with XP on it. Is this the right Tech Stream cable and software I need? Is this the actual Tech Stream Software?

Question for the Techstreamers

I bought the $30 cable and software on Ebay....

It won't let me customize anything, it loads up the menu but then it won't load the sub menus.

I just programmed a new key card so I know it works but it's bumpy, don't know if this is in the set up from following the "Fakestream" directions for instance it tells me my vehicle when pluggin in is:

Model Code - USF
Vehicle Spec - 1URFSE
then it has me choose option i have been choosing -1209
then brazil then radar in sub menus

Does anyone have a solution to this? I saw somewhere else where they downloaded the older software. I am running version 15

I have version 12 something and works great. No experience with a newer version. I know the version 13 something had a ton of issues
