Default Air suspension computer caution

My stomach just dropped through the floor.

I finally got the old computer out, and had already purchased a replacement, as getting to it in the dash is something I want to do one time.

Turns out, the replacement computer is a non-sport item. Yeah...genius move, eh, not having the part number...

So...I get to search for a computer, model #89293-50171, not -50151.

The difference is, at the very least, wheel & tire size. I don't want to put this all back together to find I haven't solved one single thing, and may have actually introduced more problems.

Looks like I get the 5.9L Jeep (AMC, pretty much) ZJ for another week, at least.

Good thing is, we have a third car. Green is good.

Thanks, dude.

Yeah, I'm a little bummed out, but I really want it to be "right", y'know?

There's one on ebay but it's in...

...Latvia.

Hold. The. Phone.

Digging even further, I found there was a loose connector.

A loose connector.

It's actually latched, now, and whadda know, I'm back to 100% functionality. Mind you, the inside looks like this right now, but at least I know everything is solid (verified via both Fakestream and my eyeballs watching the actuator's arm spin around).

No, not good.
This, though...this is worse.

While I'm in this far, however, the glove box is getting put right.

Well, being as the dampers aren't permanently on '17', on a scale of 1-17, with '1' being 1976 Town Car and '17' being autocross, it's so much different!

Watching how the actuators move via the Fakestream is fascinating. I recorded a few minutes, and it's a trip how active they are.

With any luck, this'll be the last thing I do with it for a while.
