Default One of the few things which bugs me about this car

...is the fact there is so much instrument cluster real estate wasted by a duplicate outdoor ambient temperature readout.

We have one on the HVAC, and I guarantee not one of these cars was ever built without one of those.

Too bad we can't change what's permanently displayed there.

They removed the redundant outside temp readout in 2013.

When the LS 460 came out it was advanced and loaded with gadgets. I never gave the two outside temp readout a second thought.

Default What bugs me is ...

The high beams on both my 2004 Corolla, and my 2003 Camry are MUCH more effective than the high beams on the LS. In fact ... the high beams on the LS ... SUCK! It's unbelievable that the flagship vehicle get's its hiney whipped by it's cheaper cousins in this respect.

Newer LSs have bixenon or bi-LED high beams which are a lot better.

No trixenon or tri-LED high beams? Such antiquated technology...

Actually, I'd like to see how they fare ... compared to mine.

While you're playing CD, if you "record" it to the HD, it starts over again.....

I wish there was a smaller version of the key fob, even if it has less functionality.

Although some on this list bug me, some not as much as others... One thing that really bothers me. If I create a CD with CD-TEXT, I drop it in, and the album name and song names show up on the display ! BUT, If I record it, it only will pull from the database that is outdated. So the Record CD that had all it's data, gets ripped (recorded) and gives no data for the track or tile information. So ripping a custom made CD (with different tracks from different artists) is worthless to rip to the internal drive BUT, if I want to use the CD, I will get data...

How much longer would it of it taken to set it up to USE THE DATA on the CD ? Really ?

Who was the moron who thought this up ?

I'm a big fan of the base model LS because it doesn't have the air ride and is "simple", but the stock stereo system is horrendous, especially for a car like this. The thing still has 8 or 9 speakers and it still doesn't sound good.
