E15 Gas
#2
Regular gas blend is what they'd call E10 which has up to 10% ethanol. E15 has 10.5%-15% ethanol. Can the LS460 run on up to 15% ethanol? Simple answer, Yes. The car should be able to adjust timing properly to cope with the higher ethanol content. Would I run E15? Not really unless I was in a bind and it was the only thing available. Remember that you'll also have less power on tap and might have worse fuel economy compared to E10. If you do end up running E15, I'd suggest you run a tank or 2 of non-ethanol gas every few fill ups - a good habit anyway even with E10.
For those people who've never heard of E15: its a pretty rare blend typically available in the Midwest and only in select gas stations so other states might have never even heard of such a thing - it's not federally mandated like E85.

Back in 2012 (when E15 was introduced), most manufacturers, including Toyota, said E15 will void your warranty on anything related to fuel (tanks, lines, emissions equipment, ENGINES, etc). Haven't seen any update from Toyota. Not sure how this would conflict with Federal emissions warranty regulations(?)
Edit: Here's the latest information I could find. I'd probably avoid it, just in case.
