What to maintain after buying a high mileage used LS460

DO NOT GET A TRANSMISSION FLUSH!! If you want to change the transmission fluid do a drain and fill 3 times, does not have to be done right after the other one either. If you are doing it yourself, drain it into a clear jug where you can mark exactly how much came out and then put the same exact amount back in but don't get it flushed, you are asking for expensive problems if you do.
My SA recommended transmission fluid drain and flush at 90k/100k miles then every 60k miles.
I had mine done recently at approx 85K miles. For $149 I'll probably have this done every 30K miles.

I talked to a Toyota dealer and they charged 210 for drop and fill saying it's difficult to keep the temperature out and in blahh blahh. And I just found an indi for Toyota and Lexus and they charge 275 for complete 16 QT change. So I was really tempted to do full change but now I am hesitating. Maybe will ask indi how much for drop and fill. Or it's better to do at Lexus?

Been reading here that it requires a proper equipment (Techstream?) to do this procedure.

That's a nice looki LS for under $7,000. I like the rims...it looks like you need tires.

Well then buy that same tire for the rear.
