Bluetooth and phone connectivity issues
My phone (nex6) has been working flawlessly for years but all of the sudden, when I dial a number it get disconnected right away! I get a "call disconnected" message from the lex screen and even if I redial the call won't go through.
Now if right after the call failed I disconnect the Bluetooth from my phone and redial the call goes through right away on my phone which seems to indicate that the phone is working and that's not an issue with service/coverage for example.
This tells me that the issue is probably with the lex bluetooth. i tried to delete profiles on both sides and reconnect both many times but in vain.
Any advice on how to resolve this?

Tried my Nex6 on a prius tonight and i get the same error "call disconnected" on the screen of the prius but it does goes through and connect the call anyway. After that i was randomly getting "Network unavailable" on the phone as well and it wouldn't connect. I also tried briefly another phone on the LS and it worked w/o problem....starting to think that it could be some wrong with the SIM card maybe?

I believe there is a known problem with the parts inside your phone which apply tension on the SIM card becoming loose and causing contact issues. Take a playing card or something else of similar thickness, trim it to the size of your SIM card, and shim it by placing it behind the SIM card. Should resolve your issue if that's what it truly is.
