Nav says " UNABLE TO READ DATA"

my navigation system recently started popping this message up and i recently had repaired my ML amps because they were fried for about 200$. Can anyone help? i have an LS460L 2007

That's usually a sign of a bad hard drive. Unlikely to have anything to do with the ML amp repair. Search on this forum, there are a couple of good posts.
