iPad Music through Lexus speakers

I have a 2008 Lexus 600h. I can connect my iPhone through Bluetooth and have a hands free conversation but I cannot listen to my music.
Any suggestion how I can achieve this?

Bluetooth music was not available until 2010 on the LS.

I have the USB3. Sound quality is great.. the integration to the stock audio is 90%..

Something like this will also get the job done. It will just be plugged into the AUX port in the console box.

I too have an 08 and listen to my ipod and iphone through my speakers. I bought a male to male stereo mini cord. One end goes into the headphone jack of the device and the other goes into the AUX port. Press the AUX button on your dash. You won't have any info on the screen, but I generally leave mine on maps anyway. Works great.
