Default Cabin air filter noise

Hi guys,
i just replaced the air condition filter befor 6 months.
So, the new things that happened today is when I turn on my car I hear so strong noise sounds from the box. As a result, I can't turn on the air condition till the sound disappeared also when I turned off my car the sound appears again. And what I saw that door of the cabin was moving so hard. I attached video that explain what I saw.
Could you please help me and tell me how to fix this problem?

Regards

Did you replace the filter without setting it to "Recirculate" first?

Yes I did,but before I replace the filter, I saw videos via YouTube that when I set "Recirculate mood" the door would open by itself but mine did not and i did not use my force to open it After that, I hold the button "OFF" to reset the warring. and everything was okay for first 6 months after replace the filter

I'd like to know the outcome of this one, sounds like you may have actually broken the arm because mine didn't make this sound.

OK, if I understand correctly, the blower and system worked correctly for 6 months after you changed the AC filter? In both settings: Recirc and Off? In this case, it is unlikely to be the door, although the system may not have been working properly ever since you changed the filter. Try changing the filter again by carefully following the instructions provided on CL, and see if the problem goes way. Good luck!
