R u telling me that i have to drill into the current stud and take it out?
Yes. Or buy a new valve cover, you will destroy the pump if you attempt to use one screw....and that's best case scenario. Worst case you crack the cam or launch the pump off and cause a major fuel leak.

I am not a pro mechanic or so but i used the car couple times and there is no leak.I used jb weld to get the broken piece together and also used to hold the stud and pump together. Will put the screw after it cures well. Here are some pictures.I dont feel like i will destroy the pump nor the engine.Did you have any experience with that you are so sure on this?
The repaired area has no clamping force on it and when the nut is installed It has a good chance of breaking all that JB weld off. I would say there's a poor chance of that repair lasting very long.

Yes and No.I also filled the inside to make connection for broken side.Is it easy to get the stud out and replace with new one?

Not really, the pump will have to be removed and I believe the studs go into the upper cam housing by the looks of it. once the pump is out hopefully there is some stud left to grab with some appropriate size of visegrips and remove..I would never drill in that area without taking the valve cover off and covering everything in sight.
If you don't feel comfortable doing that I would strongly recommend finding someone with some experience to do the job.
If you run a vacuum there won't be an issue drilling only deep enough to get a helicoil in to hold a replacement. I've done it a few times on BMW valvetronic motor bases when the fasteners snap lol!
This is very similar but I would still encourage extreme caution
I had to replace the fuel pump gasket on the passenger side on my LS. Here is a step by step with pics. Hope this helps....
DOes anyone know why in step 8 the penalty of accidentally loosening the 21 mm nut on the pump is replacing the pump itself? Why isn't just tightening the nut back up enough if it does come loose?
