Default 2008 Lexus LS 460 with Multiple Dash lights on

Hi, this is my first post. I have a 2008 Lexus LS 460 it has multiple lights on the dash. The ABS light, Traction Control light, Brake light, Power Steering light, AFS light flashing and has warning message to check Parking brake System, Power Steering System and the VSC System. I checked for codes and found a ton of codes:
B1400 ECU Malfunction
C1246 Malfunction in Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor
C1315 Changeover Solenoid Malfunction (SMC1)
C1352 Increasing Pressure Solenoid Malfunction (FR)
C1353 (FL)
C1354 (RR)
C1355 (RL)
C1356 Decreasing Pressure Solenoid Malfunction (FR)
C1357 (FL)
C1358 (RR)
C1359 (RL)
C1364 Wheel Cylinder Pressure Sensor
C1365 Accumulator Pressure Sensor
U0073 Control Module Communication Bus OFF
U0100 Lost Communication With ECM?PCM A
U0128 Lost Communication with EPB Module
U0122 Lost Communication with Vehicle Dynamics Control Module
U0131 Lost Communication wiht Power Steering Control Module
U1004 Lost Communication with Gateway Module
U1106 Lost Communication with Electric Parking Brake Module
U1110 Lost Communication with Intuitive Parking Assist
B2410 Headlight Swivel ECU LH Communication
C1564 Lost Communication with WDD Signal of DC-DC Converter
C1565 Lost Communication with LDD?ASST Signal of DC-DC Converter
C1568 DC-DC Converter

All these codes are found in the scan tool, when trying to clear out the codes, they do not clear at all. Even when attempting to disconnect the battery and re-installing the lights stay on and the codes are still present. I changed out the battery with a new battery, but still the same codes, changed out that battery with another new battery to definitely rule out the possibility of a bad battery, still codes present and lights on. Checked battery terminals and found clean and tight. Checked voltage of Alternator output and found it to be good. This issue seems kind of like a CAN Communication Issue to me, but I could be wrong. The Car is extremely hard to turn since it has no power steering help, due to the power steering system having codes and guessing it disables the power steering help. I checked with a fluke meter the ohm resistance through the DLC Connector and found the specified resistance when checking in between the Can high and Can low pins. Any help would be greatly Appreciated!

Maybe ecu went bad! I would take it to the dealer and pay for an hours worth of diagnostics. If ecu is bad buy a used one and have the dealer load your software into it.

I agree that it sounds like an ECU problem. I would have said battery but it appears that was more than ruled out. Keep us posted!

You probably already know this, but just is case:

(A) Be sure the battery is charged but not connected to the car.

(B) Be sure that the Ignition is OFF when you connect the battery. If the ignition is ON you will not be able to turn it off without the battery connected - you will have to turn the ignition OFF and then disconnect the battery and wait a few minutes.

(C) Connect the battery to the car with the ignition OFF.

(D) Turn the ignition ON without putting your foot on the brake pedal and allow the car to initialize.

Thank you for the replies. I also think its a ecu problem. I cleared all the codes and test drove the vehicle. The codes that remained still on where:

U0122 Lost Communication with vehicle dynamics control module
U0131 Lost communicatin with power steering control module
U1004 Lost communication with gateway module
U1106 Lost communication with electric parking brake module
*Above Codes set by ECM Gateway
U0073 Control module communication bus off
U0100 Lost communication with ecm/pcm a
U0128 Lost communication with epb module
*Above codes set by (ABS/VSC/TRAC)
C1565 Lost communication with Idd/asst signal of dc-dc converter
Above code Set by EMP
B2410 Headlight Swivel ecu lh communication
Above code set by AFS

These are the current codes in the vehicle that stay current and cannot be cleared out. The next step I'm going to go with, is probably replacing the ECM, if anyone has any further input please let me know, thanks!

I'd check all my fuses and relays after I made sure my battery was fully charged. It's a starting point.
