I can only find shockers by themselves, no springs /mounts etc, please refer me to complete units.

with aftermarket solutions available now for air struts i don't see why spending 2 or 2.5k on a conversion kit is viable. If I ever converted i would want oem springs and struts... aftermarket struts are not the same qaulity wise. But I'm the type to keep the car original ... trust me when I say this the toyota/ Lexus air suspension is miles ahead and superior compared to other brands reliability wise . My town car has air suspension and so did our S500. In the mbz forum airmatic is literally every other thread . To each is there own ...i totally respect that ... but I would keep air struts if that's what came with it .

I only spent $800 for coil over struts and I keep reading LS460 owners are switching to coil because the air struts aren't lasting for these cars. I don't know why Lexus put air suspension on the 2009 cars..

like I said to each is there own. No matter what car it is air suspension eventually will have issues. Thatt being said my 07 went almost 100k on original air struts which is very impressive considering the age and mileage. With remanufactured struts available i would personally stick with air. What brand struts and springs you get ?

I couldn't find complete kits either, I ended up buying the kyb struts, tanabe lowering springs and then I realized that I needed the kyb top hats which I ordered after the fact

In Canada I got hosed on each item thanks to the exchange rate, shipping and duties

Why coilovers vs coverting to regular struts?

I finish taking off the see and replaced them and found there were RWD struts on the right side. I just want the regular ride. Air struts are to bouncy. To many leaks and the fear of the air tube bussing. I'm changing the the front struts too to coilovers. So far so good..

I believe it's tucked away behind the front bumper on the drivers side, at least that's where I think I here the noise coming from when it's running.

Default 2007 lexus ls 460 l coilovers conversion, Fortune Auto

Did the conversion from the air ride to the Fortune 500 Auto coilovers. Had them custom made for my LS460 the ride is SMOOTH! only issue is the error code from disconnecting the air compressor. Need help figuring out what to do there.
