Default Road Trip

My wife and I hopped in the LS Friday afternoon and headed down to Birmingham, AL (Roll Tide) for the weekend. I have a lot of first cousins there and one of them was having a party to celebrate his wife's recent PhD. It's a short 238 mile shot which is roughly 3-1/2 hours.

The 460 was as smooth as butter cruising at 80mph. Certainly makes for a nice comfortable ride. We drove through rain some of the time and it was still a breeze. A great weekend and a fun drive.

Glad to hear you and the wife had a safe trip. Nothing like going for a nice long drive in a big comfy car.

Dr J

Don't worry some day the light rail will be finished in HI and once again the H1,H2 and H3 will provide you with the closest thing to a long drive! That is unless it happens to snow.

R Z - Nice.

What tars do you have on your car. I forget if you're one of the ones to put on the Pirelli Centuratos.

I figure I can say "tars" since you're in TN and I'm in GA. Shouldn't be any language barriers.

Tars are fine. Just don't ask me to say "fixin to".

The Toyota dealership, when doing their "pinpoint inspection of the car" before putting it on the market, put these on: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....ontiProContact
